Council of Fractional CXOs is a marketplace and collaboration platform for senior independent leaders and the companies that may engage them. Access, profiles, messaging, search and collaboration features may evolve over time.

The platform is operated as a property of Jugraj Solutions LLP. Unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement, use of the site does not create an employment, agency, partnership or fiduciary relationship.

Users must provide accurate information, safeguard their credentials and use the platform only for lawful business purposes.

Leaders must represent their experience truthfully. Companies must post genuine opportunities and may not misuse member data for spam, scraping or unauthorized lead generation.

Vetting tiers such as Diamond, Gold and Silver reflect an internal scoring and review process. They are signals, not guarantees of outcomes, performance or fit.

We may approve, waitlist, reject, suspend or remove accounts, profiles or listings where trust, quality, legal or policy concerns arise.

Membership fees, if any, are billed under the applicable plan terms. Future escrow, facilitation or split-settlement features will be governed by supplemental commercial terms when launched.

Any payment-facilitation or escrow flow remains subject to tax, compliance and payment-partner constraints. Nothing on the site should be read as a promise that every transaction mode is available in every jurisdiction.

The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for disputes, tax positions, project outcomes or engagement performance between users.
